The site and its content

Everything on this site, including the design, text, images, case studies and code, belongs to Nonstop Branding Agency or its clients. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Client work is shown with permission and stays the property of the respective owners where agreed.

Digital products

Payments for our digital products are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record, so your purchase is also subject to Polar's terms. When you buy, you get a licence to use the products for your own work or your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files, templates or license keys, and you may not repackage them into a competing product.

Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will sort it out.

Client services

Branding and design services are governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with each client, not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

No warranties

The site and the digital products are provided as they are. We work hard to keep everything accurate and working, but we do not guarantee the site will always be available or error free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or the products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs to the courts of England and Wales.
