This policy explains what information Nonstop Branding Agency ("we", "us") collects when you use nonstopbrandingagency.com, and what we do with it. We are a branding agency based in Manchester, United Kingdom.

What we collect

Forms. When you contact us or apply to work with us, we collect what you submit: your name, email address and your answers. We use it to respond to you and, if we work together, to run your project.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you to us personally.

Purchases. Payments for our digital products are handled by Polar (polar.sh), acting as merchant of record. Your payment details go directly to Polar and never touch our servers. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver what you bought.

Client portal. If you are a client, we store your name, email address and project information so the portal works. Signing in uses a link sent to your email and a session cookie on your device.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries, deliver purchases, run client projects, send transactional emails (sign-in links, booking confirmations), and improve the site. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make the site run: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Google (analytics, calendar bookings), Polar (payments) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only to provide its service. We never share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

The public site uses analytics cookies from Google Analytics. The client portal and our internal dashboard use session cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and project records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business. If you want something removed, ask and we will delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights
