Viral Toolkit Where founders build audience 2026

Mark Tilbury and his partners were launching Viral Toolkit into the coaching space with one brief that mattered: it had to feel like a category of one product, not a side hustle of their personal brands. With seven days to the in person presentation, discovery ran through our AI discovery tool, a structured session the client completes on their phone in thirty minutes, while our visual analysis mapped the competitors and benchmark brands the identity had to stand apart from.

Every client asks for premium, so the strategy pinned down which kind. Not luxury watch premium. Premium as in the most knowledge in the room. The analysis showed every competitor crowded into the same colours and the same clean sans serif type, which left two ownable positions on the table: a dark green that reads proven, wealthy and premium, and a serif led voice no other coach was using. Both were locked before a single screen was designed.

Two deliberately rough directions went to the client within days. Direction one died on the feedback call. Direction two, built on premium, proven and professional, was the world they wanted Viral Toolkit to live in. The mark took the long road: an AI generated reference from the client, read for what they were actually responding to, three rounds of sketching, then a pen tool rebuild until the V sat optically balanced against the wordmark. Dark green anchors the palette, cut with coral and warm neutrals under an editorial serif.

Guidelines are what let identity work survive a growing team, so the rules ship twice: a Figma master file for designers, and an interactive guidelines site where the client copies hex codes, downloads assets and briefs anyone new in fifteen minutes. A custom assets tool generates on brand gradients on demand. From conference screens to Viral Toolkit Air, the system holds in every room the brand walks into. Presented to Mark in person and signed off with no revisions.
